The seminar about the development of coordinating skills ( running a project, managing people and the project itself, working with people, fundraising, preparation of the conferences- and all abilities connected) will take place in july 2003, 2nd or 3rd week and should last for 4-5 days, naturally in poland.

participants: 20-30 people with experience in area of projects- coordinating, supervising, preparation. all europe ( it would be very nice to have participants especially from eu countries- to compare our experiences with the non eu and candidates countries!!!)

Activities: we will run a series of professionally run workshops in order to develop our skills and learn new methods of work.

Place: swinoujscie (a little town on the coast of poland, close to the boarder with germany)

We will cover all your expenses ( travel + accomodation and food in poland)
