Toate acestea contribuie la decurgerea normal\u0103 a procesului de\u00a0dezvoltare durabil\u0103, unul dintre principiile c\u0103reia fiind \u015fi protec\u0163ia mediului \u00eenconjur\u0103tor, inclusiv, a prevenirii polu\u0103rii aerului atmosferic. \u00cen aceast\u0103 privin\u0163\u0103, Inspectoratul Ecologic de Stat, \u00eenc\u0103 de la semnarea de c\u0103tre Ministerul Ecologiei \u015fi Resurselor Naturale a Cartei \u201eIni\u0163iativa UE\u201d din 22 septembrie 2002, este un\u00a0promotor hot\u0103r\u00eet al ac\u0163iunilor Uniunii Europene, care \u00een acest an se desf\u0103\u015foar\u0103 \u00een cadrul S\u0103pt\u0103m\u00eenii Mobilit\u0103\u0163ii Europene cu genericul \u201eUn aer curat pentru to\u0163i\u201d pe\u00a0parcursul zilelor de 16-22 septembrie.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Aceast\u0103 ini\u0163iativ\u0103 este de o importan\u0163\u0103 deosebit\u0103 \u015fi \u00eenseamn\u0103 pentru Republica Moldova desf\u0103\u015furarea unui \u00eentreg complex de m\u0103suri de ordin ecologic, organizatoric, care vor duce la schimbarea regimului circula\u0163iei rutiere, la\u00a0diminuarea polu\u0103rii aerului atmosferic de la transportul auto \u015fi con\u015ftientizarea de c\u0103tre proprietarii vehiculelor a impactului cauzat mediului \u015fi s\u0103n\u0103t\u0103\u0163ii popula\u0163iei de\u00a0sursele mobile de poluare.\u00a0Pentru cititorii no\u015ftri reamintim, c\u0103 la 4 februarie 2000 la Bruxelles a fost lansat\u0103 de d-na Margot Walstrom, Comisar European pentru ecologie, ini\u0163iativa \u201e\u00cen ora\u015f f\u0103r\u0103 automobilul meu\u201d, care se petrece anual \u00een perioada 16-22 septembrie.\u00a0Obiectivul principal al acestei ini\u0163iative const\u0103 \u00een aceea, ca popula\u0163ia \u015fi autorit\u0103\u0163ile publice locale, agen\u0163ii economici s\u0103 con\u015ftientizeze impactul negativ pe care \u00eel au vehiculele asupra calit\u0103\u0163ii vie\u0163ii \u015fi mediului \u00eenconjur\u0103tor, \u00eencerc\u00eendu-se de a identifica metode noi de contracarare a acestor efecte.<\/p>\n<p>Urm\u00eend experien\u0163a statelor europene, practic, fiecare autoritate administrativ\u0103 public\u0103 local\u0103 va participa \u00een procesul de organizare \u015fi desf\u0103\u015furare a\u00a0ini\u021biativei.\u00a0Promovarea schimb\u0103rilor \u00een domeniul utiliz\u0103rii mai eficiente a mijloacelor de transport, diminu\u0103rii polu\u0103rii aerului atmosferic cu substan\u0163e nocive \u015fi participarea popula\u0163iei, de\u0163in\u0103torilor de transport auto la acest proces, este momentul cheie pentru dezvoltarea \u015fi sus\u0163inerea unui transport ecologic urban, dezvoltarea strategiei pentru o cultur\u0103 european\u0103 a utiliz\u0103rii automobilelor pur ecologice. Participarea activ\u0103 const\u0103 nu numai \u00een a atrage c\u00eet mai mul\u0163i participan\u0163i \u00een aceast\u0103 ini\u0163iativ\u0103, dar \u015fi de a propaga necesitatea producerii sau achizi\u0163ion\u0103rii de noi modele de automobile cu efecte ecologice de lung\u0103 durat\u0103.<\/p>\n<p>Aceast\u0103 ac\u0163iune, pentru noi, este necesar\u0103 din mai multe considerente. A\u015fa, una din principalele surs\u0103 de poluare a aerului atmosferic \u00een republic\u0103 a fost \u015fi r\u0103m\u00eene transportul auto.
